google services and alternative to use opera flags

I want to remove Google Play Services in short term. Opera can run without it? Because many apps are now locked to Google Services.

Also, exist a way to create a shortcut and add options in Android, just like happens at Windows and Linux? This because some flags i need are not available at Android via GUI, but still present to execute.
