Flow important items

thank you for the flow feature its really handy, but i'm missing something for important items, so i can find i'm back quickly over time. maybe starred items or something

@leocg that you can mark items in your flow as important/with a star, ... for example i send a website to my flow over time it will go up and you can find it back quickly, but if you could mark it with a star, you can then say show me starred items. or maybe better adding tags so you can filter on them
