Disable Quick setting button in address bar

Add the option disable Quick setting icon in address bar, please. The button is not used frequently and occupies space the address bar.

Is that the same thing as Quick Access in the settings? You can disable that if it is. The only buttons I have inside my address bar are Snapshot and Bookmarks.
