I Couldn't load opera on Android 9.0

Sir,
Iam successfully installed opera mini on my Samsung s10 plus from play store,
But whenever trying to open it says "Failed to download required content, check your internet connection".
I unintalled and again and again installed,
Its not working.
Currently iam using speed wifi,
And i tried with mobile data too.
It doesn't work.
Please Fix this bug and let me to know,

And also tried opera mini beta version.
I felt the same issue.
Iam using samsung s10 plus (SM-G975F).
