Edit box partially off screen

OS: Windows7 32-bit, Opera beta 60.0.3255.79

With magnification at normal 100%, the below snapshot is obvious.
When going to edit the far right speeddial the edit box is partially off screen.

NOTE: For developer purposes, the green arrows from left to right indicate both sides of screen at 100%.

It has been like this for several versions on all update streams.
(This is a test snapshot to clearly show the issue)
