Private Window Issue

Used to be when I right clicked on a link and designated it be opened in a private window, Opera would then switch to that private window, and of course leaving open the normal Opera. Then if I asked for a new link be opened in a private window (the original private window is still open) Opera would add the new private link to the private window as a new tab which is in the background. And as long as I left that background private window open, all new private window links would simply be added as a new tab, leaving the private window in the background.
Now with the newest Opera (60.0.3255.70), each and every time I designate a link be opened in a private window from the normal non-private window, the background private window is pulled into the foreground.
So, my question (whew) is #1 is there a setting designates any private window that is called to be opened in the background; and #2, is there a way to go back to the last Opera in which after a private window is opened the first time that the next call of a private window is a tab added...and the private window stays in the background??
