I been using Opera for a few years, everything been awesome. Until yesterday.
Suddenly it is not connecting to any page, tried www.google.com or www.messenger.com and after a while I get the message that saysThis site can’t be reached
www.messenger.com took too long to respond.Thats every page I try to reach....
I tried uninstall, remove all my data, cclean registry etc and reinstall, nothing works.
Noted that everything works flawlesly on Chrome so its not the computer or the internet, its Opera thats doing some
crap its not suppose to do. -

I've been having that problem since the last few updates. It's definitely an issue with other Chromium based browsers like Opera and Vivaldi since pages load in Firefox for me. it takes me anywhere from 5-15 hits of the reload button to get the pages to come up. Yet another reason of many to despise Opera.

@slytheringirl thank you, at least its not just me, what it does its trying to connect, then site can not be reached timed_out on basically everything, then I switch (alt´tab) to another thing I was doing and then it suddenly loaded but if I press reload it is back again to time_out, what could be causing this? oh and Chrome works wonderful for me except I miss the sidebars with messenger and whatsapp

Do you use Opera's VPN? Are you on Windows 10 and just did a reinstall/upgrade?

@burnout426 I tried both vpn and without vpn, same results, sometimes it works for a few minutes it loads everything lightning fast, then other times its stuck on connecting to "operacdn.com" and sometimes it just contacting site and does nothing until _timed_out comes forth
I use windows 10 pro
I have reinstalled windows only a few days ago. it actually started there to be problems... -

@Jotunhammer said in opera not loading webpages or anything properly:

That's the issue there. Create a new user account in Windows and then delete your current account and things will be fine. Or, to fix your current account and or see more info about the problem, see https://forums.opera.com/topic/31561/solved-website-loading-lasts-lond-with-cpu-load-on-cryptsvc.
