Random previous closed tab showing up on start

I have the same problem. I haven't found any solution yet. I have all latest Windwos 10 and Opera updates. I've verified it also on a totally rebuilt machine.

Example: This is how the tab-bar looks like before closing Opera:

And this is how it looks like immediately after reopening. Note the extra tab that I marked in red, which previously was closed. Also, it was not in this tab-order position before closing....

All I see is that this has been reported back in 2015 and still exists...
