Bug: random closed tab reopens after restarting opera.

3 years went by and this bug is still present.
In settings I activated "reopen last open tabs". But I'm experiencing very often a bug when I had few tabs open, then I close them all, so that only 1 empty tab is left, then I close opera and next time I launch opera again it opens 1 random tab out of closed right before closing opera.
Time between closing tabs and closing opera doesn't metter. I could even clear all cookies, cache, history, passwords, news data during all the time before closing opera - this single random tab still opens.
And I'm sure that it's program problem, not local pc problem, since I noticed this bug on different operating systems (Windows 8.1, Windows 10) and it never mettered if it's newly installed opera or I've been using it for sime time.
What the hack is going on? Who can fix it?
