[Suggestion] Reorder Tabs

How about Reorder Tabs?

I have many tabs opened and some of them should be near from each other.
From the device or in Desktop section [Tabs] would be easy to do this.

Also, close tabs from Desktop would be comfortable.

I 100% agree with this request.

Dear Opera, please add the ability to reorder or rearrange tabs on smartphones and other smart devices. It's a simple feature that a lot of people want. Why not give your customers what they want? Apple Safari has this feature, Chrome has this feature. Why not Opera?
