Need 'flash plug-in" for ver. 58

Been trying to get a 'flash plug-in" for ver. 58 and can't find it. Funny though, I have "flash player installed via my O.S. . I'm sure it's something simple, but right now I can't get any "flash player" to operate through the browser nor find a plug-in. [OPERA ver. 58--TahrPuppy 7.5] OR, I might just need some good installation advice(???)

If you can't find it, then how can Opera?

Typically there is a folder named "browser-plugins" somewhere. Mind you, Opera is based on Chromium so you need the PPAPI version of Flash, not the older NPAPI style.

Is Tahr-Puppy some derivative of Puppy Linux?
