[Solved]adblock no longer works for Youtube?

Hi, just now 2/20/19, I noticed that the adblock does no longer work for Youtube, does anyone else have the same problem? Also, is there a solution to that?

The list of exceptions is empty?

@leocg yes, it's empty, whenever I tried to turn adblock on, it will turn itself off straight away.
edit - just had another after reboot, seems like it's ok now.
