[Solved]Firefox option missing from Opera

If I look at a page, specifically a page showing an HTML Help topic, in Firefox, I can right-click, choose This Frame > Open Frame in New Tab option, and open the that topic in a new tab. Is there any way to do this in Opera?
What this gives me is the actual page address for the topic, so instead of only seeing something like "help.companyname.com/20/" I see something like "help.companyname.com/20/topicsFolder/topic1.htm".
With this information, I can use Opera's Page > Save Page as PDF option to print the entire topic to PDF, which Opera does a nice job of. Otherwise, I only get a PDF of what is visible in the window.
So, actually, I am trying to print the entire contents of a frame, not just what is currently visible.
Thanks -

@blackankles I do not know if it works, for example, in the Firefox help page, but in Opera the context menu of the frame is "display frame source" option (I do not know if it is so accurately named, I do not use Opera in English). Then a new page opens with a source code for the frame with an address beginning with: view-source:
all that is the address of the frame after that.My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).

That will work. Thanks jojo! It would be nice if there was a specific option, but this is helpful.
