I think the wording should change. Its confusing, and it is nowhere clear that by turning off "Ask before sending (recommended)" you are automatically blocking them. The "recommended" in parenthesis muddles up the situation even more, because it suggests that this is the more secure option.

It really seems like a "block notifications", "ask before sending notifications", and "Accept notifications" would be much clearer. Or even the first two only.

Originally, when you turned off the switch, the string changed. However, due to a request by the users, it no longer happens.
