Thanks for the clarification. I don't know the answer to your question, but I assume:

• For the database files Opera has in common with Chrome, they're the same. Meaning, you could see what you can find about Chrome's.

• For Opera-specific SQLite databases, there's nothing publicly available that I know of.

Maybe someone else will know more.
