Block domain with built-in ad blocker.

Many ad blockers allow you to add your own filters. What is convenient if you need to block a domain, such as a fraudulent site. Opera allows you to add only whole lists. I created a list with the following contents:
[Adblock Plus 2.0] ! Title: MyBlockList ! Version: 201901081756 ! Last modified: 08 Jan 2019 17:56 UTC ! For example https://domain.net/
But the site is not blocked, only pictures and styles disappear.
Ublock origin, with the same filter rule:

Opera's built-in adblocker is a mess right now when it comes to customization but it seems nothing will be done to fix it.
I requested Adguard filter list support a few days ago, and received zero support from users and zero answers from the team.
