[Solved]Chrome Extensions (Vimium, SEOQuake) disabled / not working for Google, Yahoo, Bing Search Results

  • As of the latest Opera update I find a number of Chrome extensions that work off search engine results has now been disabled in Opera.

This may be related to The Dark Reader not working post

Vimium for example is outright disabled on Google.com results (nothing we can do to turn it back on). Same for Yahoo, and Bing. The message on Bing:
    Vimium extension not working

seem to indicate something was done to Opera Core to prevent loading of extensions that alter search results.

Same extensions work fine on Chrome

    Has anyone experienced this?

  • You need to go to the extensions page and enable those that you want to work in search engines.

  • Thanks @leocg . That did the trick my bad!
