Disable material design in flags and "settings" does not open

Direct to the point, I hate the design stuff (I think it was done by a retarded or demented), so I disabled the Opera flags (opera:\flags#new-md-settings), but only worked until they updated the opera then so I updated it no longer wants to open the settings.
Has anyone solved this problem here? -

100% agree, tried to point at that problem as well, however it's like nobody hears and everybody loves material design. C'mon, it wasn't done for the desktop.
