Is Opera Touch coming to iOS?

I currently use an iPhone 6S and would really like to switch from Opera Mini to Opera Touch when I can. Is the browser going to be released for iOS?

Edit: If they somehow found a way to utilize the web browser on Apple Watch or Apple TV, this would be great too!!!!!!

There's Opera Touch for IOS already.
