Get 500 internal error by submit changes

Hello, community.

I successfully uploaded new version of add-on but can't submit changes to moderation. Still get 500 internal errors and tried it many times.

Also, I did a test - found version of add-on that published by store, download it and just patch version. This add-on also gets an error on submit changes.

You can see result below.
Hot can I submit a new version of add-on?
