How to resize Opera Window on Ububtu 18.04

How do I resize the Opera window?

The border is so narrow I cannot use the touchpad to grab it.
I have increased the border with on all windows but Opera seems to overrule the setting.

The top menu bar does not exist so can't right click.

Alt-Space brings up a search dialog rather than the default desktop menu that has resize on it.

Any suggestions very welcome.

Go to settings and disable "Instant Search". Then Alt-Space will work normally.

This isn't a resize, but seems to open the window as full screen in Linux Mint 19 xfce:

Edit launcher
Change Command to:
opera %U --new-window --start-maximized
