Bookmarks sync / old PC connected to Opera link

Years ago my PC was connected to Opera Link effectively storing thousands of bookmarks.
Is these data still available in some magical corner of the Opera cloud, or simply lost by ongoing changes in Opera functionality?

Opera Link was ended in 2015 and all data that was stored there no longer exists.
