Opening new tabs

It would be nice if when you opened new tabs, the link-typing area was already selected and ready to be entered without clicking

yes but don't working on Linux, only windows

Are you with version 56.0.3051.31? Did it work before?

It seems more like a bug than a feature request.

2994.56 had a bug on address bar not getting focus when opening new tabs, that was fixed in 2994.61.
