Downloads window needs to be reloaded sometimes

I have set up Opera to use a fix download location instead of asking each time for a destination folder. My Opera version is 55.0.2994.44 (stable), on Windows 7 32-bit. The Zoom level is set to 75% for the Downloads window in most cases.
Up to now, if I deleted a file from Opera's Downloads list [
Ctrl+J
] by right-clicking it, the hint "File not found" was displayed immediately.The current Opera version only shows this hint after you have closed the Downloads window once and then opened it again, or after reloading the page (
F5
). - However, if the Downloads window was already opened before the download was started, then Opera behaves as expected.I noticed this because I usually open podcasts directly from Opera's Downloads window for playback, and then delete them using the context menu of that Downloads list.
Since English is not my mother tongue, some screenshots to demonstrate what I mean:
