<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Downloads window needs to be reloaded sometimes]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I have set up Opera to use a fix download location instead of asking each time for a destination folder. My Opera version is 55.0.2994.44 (stable), on Windows 7 32-bit. The Zoom level is set to 75% for the Downloads window in most cases.</p>
<p dir="auto">Up to now, if I deleted a file from Opera's Downloads list [<code>Ctrl+J</code>] by right-clicking it, the hint "<strong>File not found</strong>" was displayed immediately.</p>
<p dir="auto">The current Opera version only shows this hint after you have closed the Downloads window once and then opened it again, or after reloading the page (<code>F5</code>). - However, if the Downloads window was already opened <em>before</em> the download was started, then Opera behaves as expected.</p>
<p dir="auto">I noticed this because I usually open <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">podcasts</a> directly from Opera's Downloads window for playback, and then delete them using the context menu of that Downloads list.</p>
<p dir="auto">Since English is not my mother tongue, some screenshots to demonstrate what I mean:</p>
