Ctrl + Backspace Runing Experience
ynhockey last edited by
Opera 21 introduced the ctrl + backspace shortcut to go "up one directory" in a URL. I have personally never used this functionality, but maybe others find it really useful. Still, why ctrl + backspace? This is a very common key combination for deleting an entire previous word in an input, and this functionality completely ruins the Opera experience. I'm not the only one:
I have tried following the instructions above, by the way, to solve the problem, but they don't appear to work as described in the comment.
Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated, but I also call on the Opera developers to either remove this combination or introduced a GUI-based keyboard shortcut editor like in Opera 12, so that things like this don't happen. I'm sure that many others suffer from the same issue but don't know where and how to give feedback (and/or don't use Opera enough to care).

It's a new bug that has been already reported.
