How to synchronize speed dial

Hello,
is it possible to synchronize the speed dial, such that it is the same on all my computers?
More precise, is it possible to only have one "speed dial"-tab and no "other speed dials"-tab?

At the moment, whenever I change something, i have to copy everything from "other speed dials" to "speed dial". Which is really bothersome.
