pop-out video not resizing

So, I used to be able to resize the pop-out video quite easily by dragging the corners of the player to my liking, but for the past two days I've not been able to do so. Once I pop-out a window it appeared really small and I couldn't do anything about it. I then proceeded to restore the original settings which did make the pop-out video a bit bigger but not as big as I'd like it to be. It's quite annoying because I'm trying to watch the World Cup as I'm working. Anyone else having the same problem? The arrows appears when you place the mouse on the borders of the player, but when you try to click and drag it does nothing. Quite frustrating...

It doesn't work for me either. It is frustrating. I use this feature heavily, it why its Opera is my main browser.
this is why i have updating. Now i'll have to un-install and re-install the old version and probably never update it again because of fear of this happening to me again. -

@thesixteenthphantom yeah, I'm thinking of un-installing it and installing it again to see if it comes back, this is also my favorite feature as I use it everyday.

@sirlinx They broke it by adding a stupid border around the edge so you have to click the video instead.

@leocg when the resize cursor appears on the pop-out video and you try to resize it; it doesn't do anything....also every time i want to use this feature, the standard size of the pop-out video becomes smaller...Here is an gif explaining the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g21cm8f1gvdeujw/opera.gif?dl=0

@ashrayspin Here I can resize the video pop-out without problems.
Did you check with a clean profile?

@leocg hey thanks for the feedback. I'm not really savvy with this stuff, I went there and it took me to a folder named 'Opera Stable,' should I just rename the whole folder to something else or is it a file inside this folder that I need to rename? I looked for a 'profile' folder or file inside this directory but could not find any. Also, does it matter what I rename it to? Sorry for all the questions, I really do appreciate any feedback.

@ashrayspin just following up on this. This method of a clean profile worked at first, but after only half a day it went back to the video sizing being locked for me and the video being smaller. is yours still working?
