please add an option to the window of cookies, which would be cleaned from unnecessary cookies, that is, from pages that are not in the tabs

If you do not want unnecessary cookies, why not default to blocking them and make exceptions for those that you need? There are extensions that make making exceptions easy.

If you're referring to extensions and you don't want to use them, try turning off cookies and adding exceptions as concretable suggested. There's already a site settings option that is coming, that'll make adding exceptions much easier.
