Synchronization is experiencing errors in Windows 7 Ultimate. Always ask for the password and never sync anything else.1_1528655005479_opera 2.png 0_1528655005478_opera 1.png

@harleysp Are you providing the correct pass-phrase?

          2. When I went to ask in support forum it said i need to register which i did
          3. Now the user name displayed is not mine . my user name is itowill, this says itowwill i don't know it that is another user but now its tied to my email.

@itowwill 1) That message appeared for no reason? Had you ever enabled pass-phrase use in Sync? Did you change your sync password? Did you reinstall your OS?

            1. Why didn't you use your already existing username?

            2. Yes, it's yours. It's the new user you've just created to post in the forums.
