Reload automatically after i switch tabs

My opera 21 reload automatically after i switch tabs.
This is really annoying.

How can I disable it?

EG: I am in halfway watching a youtube video and I switch to gmail tab to reply a mail.
After that, I switch back to the youtube video tab, it auto reload itself.
