"Connection" error message

I may have posted this before. Many times during the day my computer freezes up when I try to open any web site. (5 year old Lenovo S400 Idea pad; Windows 8.) After about 30-40 seconds, I get a message on the screen: "Your connection was interrupted. A network change was detected." But I have never changed anything. I uninstalled/reinstalled Opera twice but that didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you very much.

ALERT: My english is not very well but i would try to help.
U have various options to diagnose this.
1.-Disable ur ehternet adapter from windows device manager
try ur connection if error keep going next step
2.-Disable ur wifi adapter from windows device manager and connect to internet from ethernet (u have to reenable the adapter of ethernet) try ur connection if error keep going nex step
3.- Check if you have any other devices to connect internet, like wifi usb adapters or usb ethernet adapters, and try to disable it to and repeat last steps.
4.-Reset ur router to factory settings (i mean the router of the ISP)
try the connectionSo if in any step the problem stops, u have to update that driver and or reinstall it, after that if the problem keep going on, try to downgrade the driver.
i dont think opera was the problem, i think ur problem could be hardware related.
ill being check this post to wait for your feedback
