Trojan Threat detected

The kaspersky antivirus detected Trojan.MS.minerd.d. This was hosted on the following path:% user% \ Appdata \ Local \ Opera Software \ cache
Fortunately the AV eliminated the threat but from the AV console I was informed of the problem with a warning to uninstall the Opera. Despite the problem, I have continued to use it because I think it's an excellent browser. I hope the Opera team takes this event into account

Nothing to take into account - a website you visited had a cryptominer script. While Opera downloaded it to the cache, Opera already generally blocks cryptominers.
