Why not upgrade to version 9.17 of EASY YOUTUBE VIDEO DOWNLOADER (https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/easy-youtube-video-downloader-for-opera/) in Opera for the latest version current being 10.7 (Updated March 29, 2018) as per developer site: (https://www.yourvideofile.org/download.html#sthash.6EkMU2X6.dpbs)
In Opera and Chrome Googe after the classic youtube removal, the download icon no longer appears. Only works with Mozilla Firefox.

The application is in the base of Opera extensions. I already contacted the author of the application and he informed that he already asked the Opera team to do the update, but nothing was done yet.

@edsonmartim I would say for you to install it from Chrome store but they didn't update the extension there too.

@leocg Yes! The only ones who are doing their homework regarding updated extensions and up-to-date are the Mozilla Firefox team.
Still waiting for the Opera support team to update this version extension
9.17 to Current version: 10.7 (Updated - March 29, 2018), as well as the team of Googe Chrome Extensions. -

@edsonmartim I just received an email from the add-ons developer and got the following response:
I had submitted the update for Opera but their moderation has neither accepted or denied the submission !!!

What does it take for the updates to be performed and the icon to work again on the Youtube site using the Opera browser?
