bring it back: keyboard shortcut for "duplicate tab"

Apparently this used to be a thing, according to search on past versions.

Now, even in the settings menu where you can customize & add shortcuts to your liking, the "duplicate tab" command is missing from the list assignable.

Plz plz pretty please?

2 steps instead of one, but, for a workaround, there's Alt + D to focus the address field and highlight the URL. Then, Alt + ENTER to open the URL in a new tab.

Though your new tab won't have the history of the old tab.
