Whatsapp sent media screen scrollbar issue

When using Whatsapp Web in the sidebar, you can view images/videos you sent to someone inside the chat screen by clicking one of the images you sent them. The screen changes to show you the image you chose with a horizontal bar at the bottom showing you all the thumbnails of all the images you sent to that person. Right underneath is a horizontal scrollbar so you can go back to the older pictures fast. This is the only way to navigate that horizontal bar; no mouse scroll or left/right arrows work for this command. The bar is extremely thin, which makes it super hard to click on. I think it would be great if you could instate a standard sized bar there. See attached picture. Thanks!
