Sync not working

I just built a new PC with Windows 10 Pro and I can't get Opera to sync my account. I've tried logging out and logging back in, reinstalling opera, restarting my PC and nothing has worked. It just says "Signing in..." forever and the sync-internals says "SERVER_RETURN_TRANSIENT_ERROR." I installed Opera on my Surface Pro with Windows 10 and it synced with no issues, but my new desktop doesn't work at all.
Can anyone help??

Can you check to see if your Surface synced items appear at sync.opera.com on your pc? If it does that may be the only way you can access it right now since Opera sync has been extremely buggy for quite some time.

All items did appear on my Surface. I made sure everything was there including my passwords and then reset my sync. Synced everything on my Surface and then relogged back in on my desktop and it finally worked.
