I've tried logging out and logging back in, reinstalling opera, restarting my PC and nothing has worked. It just says "Signing in..." forever and the sync-internals says "SERVER_RETURN_TRANSIENT_ERROR." I installed Opera on my Surface Pro with Windows 10 and it synced with no issues, but my new desktop doesn't work at all.</p>

<p dir="auto">All items did appear on my Surface. I made sure everything was there including my passwords and then reset my sync. Synced everything on my Surface and then relogged back in on my desktop and it finally worked.</p>

If it does that may be the only way you can access it right now since Opera sync has been extremely buggy for quite some time.</p>
