Javascript is turned on..

When I try & access a website I get a notification that IP address is invalid & to check that Javascript is turned on. Where do I go to find this out? Thank you in advance for your help.

Huh? Not sure how those messages could be related. Javascript is turned on unless you have a script-blocking extension, or you turned it off in Settings.
