Opera Neon combining the menus into ONE

Currently Opera Neon has 3 menu-bars and that's too much screen space, You should combine all the bars into a single one, Menu-bar (Top) + Tools-bar (Left) + Tabs-bar (Right), this is the only way that Opera Neon might succeed.

1. Remove the top Menu-bar because it is no longer needed, and shift the "Minimize Maximize Close" buttons to the top right corner but make them WITHIN the Tabs-bar (Right).
2. Merge the Tools-bar (Left) with the Tabs-bar (Right).
3. Give an option to select the location of this single bar (Right or Left).
4. Give an option to auto-hide the bar, and allow setting the delay time before showing the bar back.
