Opera VPN not working ALL streams

Win7 x32 - All up to date streams on up to date PC. VPN sticking on on "connecting" (orange colour) for last two days. Opera VPN presently unusable. All necessary checks have been done. Only way to load a page is to is to disable VPN.

@operafanuk ya mite try to turn off firewall and n e anti virus stuff just to see if vpn will connect.. a rule may have been added lately and blocking sumhow..

@nvmjustagirl Am on same edition (using Win10 sending this). Everything okay two days ago and before. No other changes have been made to my systems. I reckon this is something Opera may need to look at perhaps. Have also tried clean install, but same result.

@operafanuk i noticed ya said x32.. am x64 here but still 32 bit should connect *weird..

@nvmjustagirl Weird is spot on. Have Win7 x32 and Win10 (v1709) x64. Same happens with desktop version and also portable versions. Interestingly, Opera VPN stopped working (for me) at the same time on all streams on both machines!!

I update both my x64 and both my x86 to the newest Opera (Version: 51.0.2830.55) and all 4 have a very unstable VPN connection - They all keep disconnecting, The version before had a rock solid connection and with the dummy of the FTC ending Net Neutrality, Opera Please fix this problem Quick

@nvmjustagirl Unfortunately I disabled add blocker to no effect prior to original post. Defo one for Opera I think.

I have uninstalled and deleted all traces form the registry, full shut down, pulled power, booted back up, Defraged, and then reinstalled and still doesn't work

@jamestech425 For me this started two days ago so was then using previous Stable and other editions. Updated Stable on both machines 8th March 18.
Something has happened Opera side I think? When it affects more than one machine something is happening.

@nvmjustagirl Defender on Win10 x64, and MS security essentials on Win7 x32. Same issue with both.
Also, I've had to disable VPN to get connection on here, and all other places.

@operafanuk you said ya turned off anti 's earlier, turn 'em off again .. and
open Task Manager
Click on File>New Task (Run) and enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)
Then click OK.
restart explorer.exesee if vpn connects..

@nvmjustagirl Already done prior to original post. Maybe this issue isn't happening to everyone. May have something to do with locality perhaps. You will have noted @jamestech425 has similar issues.

@nvmjustagirl INTERESTING!! Defo weird now. My last reply to you was posted with VPN still orange and still trying to connect!!
