Why is "Data savings" blocking access to https://foto.mg-65.com?
Without "Data savings" this page is accessible, when it is turned on, I get response "Web page not available".

Same issue is on Opera for computer through VPN with response "This site can’t be reached".

Main web page https://mg-65.com and https://blog.mg-65.com/matjaz/ are both normally accessible with "Data savings" and through VPN.

@matjaz Most probably the site is blocking accesses from Opera's servers.
