Opera 51 cpu usage 100% on of messenger

Hello my name is Darius and I have an I5 6600k with 16 gb of ram and windows 10 64 bit with all updates . My problem is with built in messenger , when I open it give me about 50-80% of cpu usage... instead of 10-30% when I'm looking at some videos on Youtube. So can someone help me to solve this problem somehow ? Thank you !

If you have the Facebook Messenger Connected, try to logout of the FB messenger as it seems to take the most CPU power.
At least it helped me

I have the same problem (51.0.2830.40 for mac os x 10.13.3), started some days ago, usage is high even if I'm not logged and just messenger window is opened.
