problems regarding plug ins

Hello,my name is Shaurya Shikhar.I am a new user of pc opera and am facing a problem.Whenever I open some websites such
as chinmayabokaro.co.in the plug ins on that page are not shown and a message that plug-ins are not supported is displayed in their place.Please suggest me some way to know the real problem and troubleshoot it.

Which version of Opera? Are plugins enabled?
