Can't install Opera on Mint 18.3 i686

Hi all,
I am using Opera for many years and I am completely satisfied, but now I need to reinstall Mint on my old i686 32byte and it is impossible to find a way to get a version of Opera that fits my OS and HW.
When I install it directly from the web it downloads an AMD64 version not compatible. If I do it through repository the version is a very old one too slow...
As far as I understand, until last Wednesday I had my Opera working OK on the same computer and with the same OS.
I will appreciate any help, thanks a lot -

The last 32bit version of opera was 45. You can get the deb from here
