Where can I report fraud?

Is there anywhere I can report false extensions like ContentBlockHelper? https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/contentblockhelper/

It seems to seek to install malware.

What is the problem with it specifically? And what extension ID does it have in your browser?

I don't know if "fraud" is the right word ... that same extension was reported elsewhere as adware. Never used it myself, though the author in question has done that before.
