Help, please: Opera 50 does not export passwords.

After updating Opera to version 50, I found many problems and decided to not use it anymore.
However, I have hundreds of passwords stored in ''Login Data'' file due all these years of usage.
I would like to export it as a ''csv'' file, but Opera saves only a blank file, with no passwords.
It only saves "name,url,username,password" as first cell in the spreadsheet.
What can I do to access all passwords, instead of copy them down one by one? -

@pedrofigueira
Using Excel?
Do you know how to import CSV data?I used to use this steps, but on step 3 using "From other sources" option, and worked fine.
I'm not on a machine with MS Office installed to test if there is any problem on the CSV file creation and on LibreOffice didn't looked around on how to do it.
