NETFLIX troubles

I was using Opera 49 when a couple of days ago I suddenly starting having my Netflix Screen go dark, a description of the show would come up, it would say it was paused, but the show and the sound was still playing in the background. I went to Netflix help chat where they suggested I use their clearcookies link. I did that and have been unable to log on to Netflix with Opera ever since. I can still get it on Chrome. I upgraded to Opera 50 but it didn't change anything. The guy on chat said that they had had other reports of problems with Opera the past few days, but didn't have a fix as of yet.

does it give you some error code?You think you know, but you have no idea.
