Folders in other folders

When will we get abillity to create folders in other folders? I have a lot of bookmarks which i'm trying to organize by their subject so it would be great if there was an instrument to create folders in already existing folders. Also, it would be great that this feature can be used in the Speed Dial. I'm sure, there are a lot uf users that would like to see it in upcoming updates.

I didn't fully discribe the issue. I mean, i actually wanted to mention that there is a need to ad ability to create folders in folder for Speed Dial section too. That will be very useful.
