What is means about "Please verify your email" when accessing add-ons developer page

Yep, same thing here. I can log in and I even have my old "Please verify" email that Opera sent me. If I click the link in that email, it says, "Your email is already verified." But if I go to the developer panel and try to see my add-on, it says my email is not verified, and I can't proceed.
Sad to see Opera in such a sorry state. I guess add-ons for Opera aren't really a priority. I mean, I kind of knew this when it took two months to get a review ("Rejected because your email is not verified."), but this is just egregious.

What's going on here? I can't publish any extensions. It says "Please verify your email" even though my email is verified. Thanks for the help.

I had the same issue until a few minutes ago.
I clicked on my profile and saw that I got a validation error because I did not have a country selected. Once I selected a country, the "Verify your email"-error was gone on the developer extenstions upload page. -

I have the same issue. I verified my email. I even reverified my email. Then, I changed to another email and verified that one. I then proceeded to try with other web browsers. I still get this message saying that I have to verify my email. It seems that the bug has not be entirely fixed. I really appreciate any help that you can offer.
